Our policy is below. Nancy
1.
Reimbursement for mileage at $.44 per mile for conventional transportation and at $.54 per mile for lift vans for all Council meetings.
2.
Reimbursement for tolls and parking fees.
3.
Reimbursement for public transportation costs.
4.
Reimbursement for the cost of childcare, personal care assistance and/or other supports needed during Council meetings.
5.
Council members who are not otherwise compensated monetarily while attending Council meetings may request a stipend of $30 for meetings 4 hours or less and $50 for meetings more than 4 hours.
Please Note: Receipts are required for all reimbursements, except for personal mileage
Handwritten receipts will be accepted if they are dated, signed by the services provider and include a detailed description of the service rendered.
If you need additional supports, overnight lodgings/meals, or assistance in any other way please inform the Council staff who will make the arrangements for you and pay the vendor directly.

Does anyone have what amount for the stipends they provide to Council members who attend meetings and are not employed or have to forfeit their wages to attend Council meetings or perform other Council meetings.
