Hello, 

Bernard Baker president of SABE and Tia Nelis ask that I reach out to  you to attend and invite others to the briefing on HCBS Rules for Medicaid waivers that states must comply with by March 14th. The purpose of the briefing is to bring awareness to the fact that in most cases self advocates are not really aware of the implications of these rules.

We have just received final confirmation of details for the briefing.
