Question for you (and I may have missed this in the link), has summary information regarding the new HCBS elements been produced in language that is designed for individuals with disabilities and family members? 

 

Also, for other Council’s – anyone developed anything that you can share that is clear, concise and useful when communicating changes regarding new elements?
