	Our version of this game in GA is that you aren't eligible unless you have ID or something verrrry similar....can't get services if you have DD without ID regardless of your functional needs.

	There is a waiting list for the "Family Supports Waiver" (a smaller budget waiver). And our folks who are dually diagnosed are getting next to nothing

	MO is similar. They eliminated a waitlist several years ago, but did that by dropping everyone who were not eligible for Medicaid. They said they were a “Medicaid Only” agency. That doesn’t mean people with disabilities and their families don’t need the supports. Now, there is a smaller waitlist because they don’t have the workforce .
