We use the attached definition in our New Member Orientation and Member
binder materials. We converted the language from the DD Act into plain language.
We also provide the direct language from the law.

Does anyone have a plain language definition of developmental disability? Google is giving me Canadian
defs which are nice but I’d like something that reflects the DDA.
