Hi MaryLee: We have an Office on Disability that is responsible for ADA compliance. I have attached the Administrative Bulletin that was issued to all agencies that lays out the policy and programmatic framework to promote greater access for citizens with disabilities. Sections V and IX are applicable at the agency level.
