SA Discussion Series

We are looking forward to our next meeting, Thursday April 21 at 4pm Eastern Time. Our topic will be Advocacy in Action. We will discuss what advocacy looks like in action, and how to be an effective advocate.

Our main goal is to hear from you! We value your input and use it to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

Please be prepared to share your information and experiences about and around advocacy.

Do you have any resources to share to help others with effective advocacy?
Have you had any barriers to being a self advocate, or putting advocacy in action?
