Subject: DD Councils Wednesday Zoom is Happening This Week!

Dear DDC Network – we will hold our weekly Wednesday Zoom this week for those who are not yet on holiday (or those who need an excuse to get away from whatever they are supposed to be doing) so please join us as usual. We will have some conversation around the BBB and hear from our colleagues in West Virginia who have been working to get Senator Manchin’s support to move forward on the bill for a long time. Join us to brain storm on how Councils can message on this and how Councils can continue to keep education policymakers on the importance of this bill. Additionally we will talk about Omicron and the havoc it is wreaking on the holidays and early winter meetings and events as well as ACL’s new plans for supporting grantees to address public health needs.
