Illinois is active working on several issues with Early Intervention and Early Childhood. I would like to connect to other DDC staff who are a representative on their state’s Early Intervention Council and/or addressing inclusion issues within early childhood (child care, pre-K, Head Start). Does your state plan work in the EI/EC field as part of your new 5 Year State Plan?
