I'm reaching out because each year ITACC must determine:
  1. The extent to which training and technical assistance efforts impacted/improved Council performance, operations, and outcomes.
  2. The extent to which we helped Council maintain or come into compliance.
  3. The extent to which we helped Councils position themselves as agents of systems change, capacity building, and advocacy. 
Can you help us?  If you received any ITACC services (used the website, read Field Notes, participated in the TA Institutes, joined us for a Peer-to-Peer networking opportunity, joined us on a webinar, requested and received Rapid Response, participated in an Emerging Practices Group, participated in New ED Orientation, or Chairperson meetings) please complete this short survey by the end of your work day on October 12, 2021.  The link to the survey is:

The ITACC evaluation consultant team receives the responses directly and develops an impact report that is submitted to OIDD.  Based on the results, an assessment is made about areas for improvement, the level of effectiveness of TA services, and what and how TA services impacted Council operations, performance, and outcomes.  

There are areas in the survey that ask for an example of how a TA service impacted your Council's work.  Please share that information with us so we can describe TA impacts with examples.
