Just got the announcement that SC is indeed including all individuals with disabilities in 1b!  I guess we can breathe a bit now after all of the private meetings and stress that came along with a very frustrating process!  Not sure what the exact “draft language will include (I have seen multiple versions) but will share when it is published.  I know this will be a huge relief to those who have been scared to leave their homes or when people come into their homes to help them stay in the community!
