ACL Webinar Improving Communications Between AoD/ACL and DD Councils.  The content of this webinar will highlight several key takeaways and recommendations from a Communications Workgroup that included members from the national office and State Councils on Developmental Disabilities in close collaboration with consultants. The NIDILRR-funded Southeast ADA Regional Center will host a webinar, Protecting Your Mental Health During the Pandemic and Holidays, November 19th, 1-2:30 p.m. Eastern. A panel of mental health professionals will discuss how a socially distant holiday season and colder weather may affect mental health, and will share strategies to improve one's mental health and cope in these difficult times. This webinar is a follow-up to the ADA Live! podcast series on mental health issues during the coronavirus outbreak. Registration is free and required.
