TN needs PPE (non-medical grade) for people with disabilities and their support staff. The Council per say is not seeking the supplies, but we are communicating with governor’s staff and key cabinet members on
the need for equipment and required testing, particularly for support staff. A critical issue for me is the absence of federal or state policy requiring that supplies be used for people with developmental disabilities receiving services through Medicaid Waiver.
