Hi Kirsten,

Here are the questions PA used last fall.

Q1.  Identify the top barriers to supports and services in Pa?

Q2.  What training or advocacy is needed, and who needs it?

Q3. How can we improve capacity in the community for individuals with disabilities?

Q4. How should systems be changed (generic & disability systems)?

Hello Fellow Executive Directors,

Vermont’s Council is preparing for a round of focus groups with self-advocates and family members to help inform the Comprehensive Needs Assessment.

Have any of you already developed a set of questions for focus groups around the Five Yea Plan development?  Would you be willing to share them?

Be well, everyone!

Kirsten
