Title:
An Introduction to CtLC for Faith Community Leaders: : Tools to Support People with Disabilities and their Families over the Life Span
Description
The Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) framework and tools is being adopted by an increasing number of
states to help families and support organizations plan for the future as a child grows from infancy to adulthood. The resource materials are very family friendly, person-centered and assist in problem-solving, planning and exploring possibilities for full
inclusion in the community. They are universally designed to support all of the members of your faith communities, including those with disabilities and other support needs.
Presenters: Michelle “Sheli” Reynolds, PhD and Jenny Hatfield-Callen, MA, CIRS, Charting the LifeCourse Nexus at the UMKC Institute for Human Development, UCEDD
