We got this past in 2016 and successfully defended it in 2018.  We worked for 11 years prior to this and would get it almost all the way through the process each time only to be stopped at the end of the session.

Subject: DD Councils Restraint and Seclusion Rooms

Hi All

Do any of you have any investments related to use of physical restraint or seclusion rooms as behavior interventions in schools?  Have any of you engaged in any activity that had a role in abolishing the use of these practices in your states?  Or at local levels?  Please send them my way.

Happy Wednesday,

Kim
