The resources that we used to solicit public input on the front end of developing our 2017-21 State Plan can be found on the ITACC website via the link below.
A number of Council’s submitted resources. We submitted a PowerPoint used for webinars, along with our surveys.

I have also attached the “general” and “easy read” versions of the public input surveys we used. I anticipate that we will use a similar format as we move forward
with developing our next state plan.
Though all surveys were available online, we received our best return from self-advocates by administering the survey through a forum held in conjunction with
our state-wide self-advocacy organization’s annual conference.
