We are seeking a change in state statute that would give the Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council a seat on our state’s Special Education Advisory Board, which is established per 34 CFR § 300.167-169

Wondering how many other DD Councils have a seat on their state Special Education Advisory Board, whether by statute or appointment?
