I have had two inquiries about what is happening in other states. Please let me know how these work in your state:

Where is your DD Agency located and its relationship with Medicaid and the HCBS waivers?  There is discussion in Georgia about either moving our Waivers out of DD and letting the stand alone Medicaid agency manage the waivers or possible creating a separate Department of DD.  

We have been approached by the Next Chapter Book Club people and I was wondering if your state has one and how do you feel about it especially as it relates to inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
