I would like to echo Beth and Wanda’s request and add, that it would be helpful if we had a webinar, that it be archived. The individual in our DSA that works
with us regarding our fiscal policies and practices, is semi-retired and there are plans to replace her. The DSA said that at this time, they did not have anyone they could send to the TA Institute. It would be ideal to have an archived webinar as a resource.
Respectfully,
Vicky

Subject: RE: 2018 Training and Technical Assistance Institute
Dear Jennifer, Ophelia and Sara-
I want to add my request to Beth Swedeen’s below ….
The TN Council became the state DSA for the Council’s program in 2015, however our fiscal accounting, including federal drawdowns, are done by Central Accounting
in TN’s finance department. Central Accounting performs accounting functions for all agencies in the executive branch in TN. We need to include Central Accounting staff in meetings when fiscal policies and processes for Councils are discussed. This is best
done by conference calls and webinars. It would be helpful to TN to hear the information at the TA Institute, and also on a webinar.
Thanks for your consideration of this request. Look forward to see you all in July.
Kind regards,
Wanda

Hello Sara and team:
Our counsel fiscal staff are attached to the Department of administration and they support multiple agencies in our state. they will not be able to attend a national training to get the information in person but are very interested in the
ability to listen to the presentation. Will there be a possibility to bring in the audio as a webinar or phone option even if it is not interactive and no video is available? They would very much like to participate in that mode.
Thank you, Beth Swedeen
