DD Councils,

 

Based on the peer reviews conducted last August, several councils were identified as needing State Plan Amendments.  These amendments are due August 15, 2017 in the ACL Reporting system. 

 

If you are one of these Councils (and have not done so already) please identify which specific areas you need ‘unlocked’ in the system by sending me an email.  Areas include: Council Identification, Designated State Agency, Comprehensive Review & Analysis, 5 Year Goals, Evaluation Plan, Logic Model, Projected Council Budget, Assurances, Public Input & Review, Annual Work Plans.

 

Once the section(s) are opened you will be able to go in and make changes.  You will then need to re-review and re-submit those sections similar to your initial submission process.  As a reminder, any substantive changes to the State Plan require a 45 day public comment period.
