A big thank you to Melissa Swartz, who saved the day for me!
The key is using Chrome.
Here’s what I did:
1.
Open the platform in Chrome.
2.
In the upper right hand corner of the Grantee Dashboard, select which report you want to print.
3.
Click on View Report.
4.
Save the report as a PDF.
5.
Print.
Repeat for the other report.
Although the Annual Work Plan isn’t formatted in a way that’s very user friendly, the Narratives/Data/Goals are very readable and appear to include all the sections.
NOTES: (1) we are only using them internally; we wouldn’t publish them as they are. (2) The other identified issues still remain.
Hope this helps others who might have been having the same issue!

ITACC has heard from several councils that there are missing headings, and the date of establishment is not correct (I'm sure there are other things as well).
