As part of our five-year planning process the Idaho Council will soon begin some intentional education about white privilege, bigotry, racism, and diversity for our members as we work to expand our membership to represent diverse cultures.

I am seeking a pre and post survey that may be used to measure the effectiveness of the education we provide our Council members. Anything out there you would be willing to share?
