8/18/2015 National Disability Employment Awareness Month (October 2015)

NACDD’s Strategic Communications Subcommittee conducted a webinar designed to help DD Councils raise awareness about the importance of employment for people with disabilities during National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) in October. The webinar featured the following information: how the Tennessee DD Council collaborated with multiple agencies to conduct an effective statewide campaign, an easy-to-use social media calendar and a sample proclamation, and resources and materials developed by the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP).
