Dear Colleagues:
As you are aware, DD Suite 5.0 is scheduled to go live around January 13, 2015. It is anticipated that DD Suite will be unavailable beginning Friday 1/9/15 until Tuesday 1/13/15 as we
complete the conversion. We will update you as the date gets closer. In the meantime you can get a live preview of DD Suite 5.0 by going to http://uat.ddsuite.org. Click on ‘log in’ on the upper right
and use your current email and password.
This is a functioning version of 5.0 and you can practice using the features, but note the following important information:
1. Do not use it for any real work. Continue to use DD Suite 4.0.
2. All features of DD Suite 5.0 are not included, as some are still undergoing final technical review.
3. Some items were not copied, such as attachments and State Plans/PPRs (no buttons).
4. Avoid approving reports or applications, as emails will be sent to grantees (or warn them in advance!).
5. Some Help Modules are available, primarily basic user information and grantee application modules. More will be added as completed.
