Hi everyone!
Several of you have asked how to create a DD Suite template for your DD Council State Plan amendment for FY 2015.
Simply log in to your DD Suite account, under the heading "Reports"; "Federal Reports", click 5-Year State Plan.
A new screen will appear - you should see 3 years of State plans - (2012; 2013 and 2014). Click on "clone" for the 2014 State plan - this will clone your report and all items will be populated for the FY 2015 State plan.
Once you click "clone" you will see a 2015 plan with a status of "In Progress" and you will have all action items available.
