ACL’s COVID 19 guidance for Councils have been updated to reflect corrected FY 18-20 obligation and liquidation due dates Additionally, FY 21 obligation and liquidation dates are also included. The grant flexibilities
are optional for Councils. Councils are encouraged to continue working towards meeting compliance of obligation and liquidation deadlines.
