Good Morning DD Councils,
- Yesterday, you should have each received a final Notice of Award from the ACL Office of Grants Management due to a re-allotment of funds from the Puerto Rico DD Council. Please let us know if you did not receive notification, so we can follow-up.
- The August Field Notes provided a link to the ACL Program and fiscal contacts assigned to each DD Council by region. Some of you may have noticed an additional staff person, Shawn Callaway, listed for the DD Council program.
Shawn has been with AOD for several years, working primarily with the UCEDD program, and will now also be working with the State Councils. We are pleased to have Shawn join Teresa Nguyen and myself to serve as your Federal contacts for the DD Council program.
I will be the Program Lead for the Council program, working with the team to help navigate any pressing issues or needs that may rise to a higher level.

- Additionally, Allison Cruz is the Acting Director of the Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD) which includes the State Councils, UCEDDs, and PCPID, as Jennifer Johnson has been named the new Deputy Commissioner of AOD and the Director
of the Office of Disability Service Innovations.
