Last week a notice regarding an upcoming webinar on obligation and liquidation went out via the ITACC listserv. This webinar has since been canceled and the ACL Office of Grants Management (OGM) is instead asking for those Councils with questions related
to the 02/04/19 Information Memorandum to please let us know by 4/30/19. OGM will then use what is submitted to provide an FAQ document to Councils covering any remaining questions on this topic. You are welcome to send any questions to your AIDD Program
Specialist (xxxxxx@acl.hhs.gov or xxxxxx@acl.hhs.gov ) for compilation. OGM staff are available to answer other specific fiscal questions/concerns you may have as well.
