Line 5 – Additional Council Funds Used for Other Activities could be grants or contracts or other state funds the Council receives that are used for activities other than State plan activities.  

 

Line 9 - The match required should reflect the variety of match the Council calculated for projects and activities that is consistent with the DD Act Section 126 (a) (1-3).
