Sheryl,

The Connecticut Council has been using attendance sheets, pre and post tests, and satisfaction surveys, however we have realized that these tools do not capture all the information required for the AIDD program performance measures. This year we will fund an internship at the Department of Public Policy in the School of Business at the University of Connecticut. We will have a PhD student in their survey research program design and conduct surveys of all the individuals who have attended Council programs over the past three years. We will also use this new resource to survey Connecticut citizens about needs, quality and capacity of supports and services for individuals who live with developmental disabilities.

Best,

Walt Glomb

Subject: Data collection/tracking question

I am interested in knowing how Council's are collecting information about state plan projects and/or activities that are conducted by Council staff.

If you have information or a data collection/tracking form can you please share it with me? (xxxxxx@nacdd.org)

Thanks in advance,

Sheryl
