On Monday, I announced PPRs were ready in the ACL Reporting system.  However, during yesterday’s webinar it was pointed out that there was an issue with 1.1 and 1.2 where the“# of respondents” box was grayed out (meaning the sum was pre-calculated to include # of participants as well). Councils need the ability to input this number so the data point will not be skewed.

 

We had a meeting with the ACL Reporting staff and they anticipate this fix to happen by early next week.  I will keep you all posted as I learn more and will adjust any deadlines if need be.  Please share with your staff.
